The Modi'in Logistics & Cold Chain Park is a large-scale integrated industrial development designed to support modern logistics and temperature-controlled storage requirements. Strategically located near Modi'in, the project combines standard logistics warehouses with advanced cold storage units suitable for food, agriculture, and pharmaceutical distribution.

Maoz Group is executing the civil and structural works, including reinforced foundations, steel framing, insulated panels, and high-load industrial flooring. Special attention is given to energy efficiency, fire safety systems, and smooth coordination with MEP and refrigeration contractors. Developed under strict regulatory and safety standards, this ongoing project (2024–2025) is planned to enhance regional supply chain reliability while ensuring long-term operational efficiency and durable construction quality.
